Steamed Prawn Vermicelli with Chopped Pepper and Garlic
Overview
I've made scallop vermicelli before, and I want to try making steamed shrimp vermicelli with chopped pepper and garlic. Maybe it won't be done well, but my love for my family is in the taste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
After cleaning the shrimp, add cooking wine and a few drops of white vinegar and marinate for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
-
Soak the vermicelli in warm water and put it on a plate.
-
Chop the garlic into minced garlic, add cooking oil, and fry over low heat until it turns slightly yellow.
-
Place the shrimp on the vermicelli and arrange on a plate.
-
Add chopped pepper, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, etc. into the fried minced garlic to prepare the sauce. Pour it on the ingredients, seal it with plastic wrap, put it in the microwave, and steam it using the "steamed fish stall" in the menu.
-
Take out the steamed ingredients and pour a small amount of cooking oil into the iron pot to heat.
-
Pour hot oil over the ingredients, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
