Zaohua Steamed Buns
Overview
The last month of 2014 is coming soon, and we are about to say goodbye to 2014. It’s a bit of a sigh that time flies... In winter, the most common thing at home is to make various kinds of pasta, especially my grandma who makes a lot of jujube steamed buns for us every year, and also makes hedgehogs, small fish, and rabbits that are so lifelike. When I was a child, I didn’t know how happy I was to get such steamed buns! Red dates are very suitable for eating in winter. They are more blood-rich and are said to have dozens of times more vitamins than apples, which is great! Plus it tastes sweet and fragrant, my favorite!
