Grape Stewed Tremella Fungus
Overview
Desserts are indispensable in banquet dishes. This sweet water made from grapes and white fungus is sweet and refreshing. It is best eaten after being chilled in the refrigerator. The grapes are seedless grapes grown in my parents' yard. Because they are not treated with pesticides, there are a few spots on the surface, but they can be eaten with confidence.
