French fries
Overview
To be honest, after the videos of KFC and McDonald's came out during this period, I was even more afraid to enter his house. No matter how health comes first, a certain kid in our family often talks about KFC grandpa and always clamors to eat it whenever he passes by. There is no other way. Now I can only make my own French fries at home - the taste is no worse than KFC's. And it’s delicious and cheap. The key is to rest assured. Didn’t I make two big potatoes yesterday? It will only take a minute for someone to destroy them...

Steps
-
Wash the potatoes and peel them. Try to choose larger potatoes
-
Rinse the cut French fries in cold water for a while, rinse the batter, pour into salt water and soak for about 10 minutes, take out and drain;
-
Take a pot, pour an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add the fries, simmer for about 3 minutes, until the fries are mature, then remove them
-
Drain the water from the cooked French fries, place them in a bowl and let them cool; use kitchen paper to absorb the water.
-
After cooling, pack the fries and put them in the freezer of the refrigerator, and freeze them overnight until the potatoes are frozen hard; (the water must be dried before putting them in the refrigerator, otherwise they will form small lumps.)
-
Pour a little more oil into the fryer, heat to 50% hot, put in the frozen French fries, fry over low heat for 3 minutes, remove and fry again for one minute, remove from the pan; sprinkle with salt while hot, and dip in tomato sauce.
-
Just delicious French fries. Isn’t it simple and delicious?

Decorated with cherry tomatoes, someone even dried the tomatoes together, and usually beat them to death without eating them...
