Prepare the required ingredients, first mix the batter, beat the eggs into a clean basin without oil and water, there is no need to separate the egg whites and egg yolks, this step is relatively simple, then add the sugar and beat until the whisk is lifted and dripping. The egg paste can leave traces that will not disappear immediately. Then sift the flour into the egg paste and stir evenly. Finally, add corn oil and stir evenly. When adding corn oil, the volume of the batter will shrink. Don't be afraid. This is normal and will not affect the success.

  2. The mold needs to be brushed with a layer of oil to prevent sticking. Use corn oil for this oil. Then use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of batter and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of chopped seaweed.

  3. Finally, cover it with a spoonful of batter, close the lid and bake. The time is usually 3-5 minutes. This time I chose 4 minutes. The color and texture of the bake are both good. The longer the time is, the crispier it will be. The shorter the time, the softer it will be. It all depends on your own preferences.
