Get the flour! Dissolve the yeast and baking powder with warm water, and slowly knead the dough. After mixing, let it rise for about ten minutes! (The pie surface must be soft)

Wash the leeks and control the water

Beat eggs with salt

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up. Pour the egg liquid down and beat it in one direction. Fry the eggs and let them cool for later use

After controlling the water content of the leeks, chop them into small pieces

Add salt to leeks, thirteen spices, spicy noodles, chicken essence, MSG, sesame oil, sesame oil, add fried eggs and mix well

Grip the dough and roll it out (for pie, I pinch it very big so I can pack more vegetables)

Wrap into bun shape

Then just flatten it😄

Pour oil into a pan and heat it (I use an aluminum pan)

Put in the wrapped pie (you can bake any side you want, I baked the opening side down)

Flip until golden brown and bake the other side

After the back side is also seared, it’s ready to be cooked😄
