Shrimp Cornbread
Overview
This bread has only been baked for 15 minutes and the color is not deep. The upper heat is 180 and the lower heat is 195. This is the temperature adjusted according to the book. The background color is heavier. I should change it next time. The mold I use is different from others, so the temperature and time on the recipe should be adjusted according to your own oven and bread. However, it’s nice to have just a hint of yellow on top, and the bread from the oven is very soft. Ingredients: 250g bread flour, 10g milk powder, 28g whole egg liquid, 28g butter, 3g yeast, 133g water, 22g sugar, 5g salt Salad filling: 70g colorful vegetable corn, 50g shrimp, appropriate amount of green pepper, 25g salad dressing, a little cooking wine

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients. Put the bread ingredients except butter into the mixer and dough bucket.
-
Knead the dough until slightly smooth and add softened butter.
-
Knead the dough until the film can be pulled out and the edges of the holes are smooth.
-
Shape the dough into a ball and place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
-
Put in the oven at 35 degrees for 45 minutes. You can add water or half a bowl of hot water to the bottom of the oven. (The original recipe is 32 degrees and 20 minutes)
-
Take out the dough and divide it into 6 portions, about 78 grams each. When the air is flattened, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.
-
Prepare corn colored vegetable pellets and green pepper pellets. Cut the shrimp into cubes and mix with a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
-
After the dough has risen, deflate it, roll it out, roll it up and place it in the mold.
-
You can also use a round bread tray.
-
Put in the oven, 37 degrees, and ferment for 1 hour.
-
After fermentation, rinse with egg liquid, sprinkle with corn kernels, green pepper kernels, shrimps, and squeeze on salad dressing.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for upper heat and 195 degrees for lower heat, about 15 minutes. The temperature and time are based on your own oven.
