Fried shredded ginger
Overview
This dish was made for me by LG. During that time, I caught a cold, and I was wondering whether to take cold medicine (whenever I catch a cold, I want to take cold medicine. I can’t seem to overcome those cold symptoms...as the crow flies...). Of course someone is obligated to object. Then he made me a dish of "Stir-fried Ginger", and more importantly, a vegetarian dish of Stir-fried Ginger. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . In my doubtful eyes, my cold was actually cured. . .

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the ginger and cut into shreds and set aside. Do not eat rotten ginger or frozen ginger, because ginger will produce carcinogens after it goes bad. Since ginger is warm in nature and has the effect of relieving inflammation, it can only be used as a dietary therapy when you catch a cold;
-
Remove the stems and seeds from the green peppers, wash them and cut them into shreds;
-
Use the same method for bell peppers, wash and cut into shreds and set aside;
-
Put the pot on the fire. After it is hot, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat it; add the peppercorns and stir-fry over low heat;
-
Add shredded ginger and stir-fry over high heat;
-
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce;
-
Add green pepper shreds and sweet pepper shreds and stir-fry evenly;
-
Add appropriate amount of fine sugar;
-
After the ingredients are cooked, add appropriate amount of salt;
-
Add appropriate amount of chicken essence;
-
Stir well, turn off the heat, and remove from the pot.
