Mix baking soda and milk

Add fine sugar to the whole eggs and beat until pale in color and thickened in volume.

Add the milk soda liquid and honey and mix thoroughly. Add the twice-sifted cake flour and mix evenly to form a smooth batter.

Heat the pan, pour an appropriate amount of batter with a spoon, turn it over when small bubbles appear on the surface, fry for another 2 seconds, then drain and cool.
