2. 2 Mix baking soda and milk

   

3. 3 Add fine sugar to the whole eggs and beat until pale in color and thickened in volume.

   

4. 4 Add the milk soda liquid and honey and mix thoroughly. Add the twice-sifted cake flour and mix evenly to form a smooth batter.

   

5. 5 Heat the pan, pour an appropriate amount of batter with a spoon, turn it over when small bubbles appear on the surface, fry for another 2 seconds, then drain and cool.
