Cake version of jujube cake
Overview
I wanted to eat jujube cake a few days ago, so I followed Diandian’s mother to learn how to make it. It tastes good. I didn't have brown sugar so I put white sugar in it. It was not cut properly when I cut it, it was too loose and difficult to cut.

Get the ingredients ready.

Soak the dates in hot water until soft.

Remove the seeds from the dates and chop them finely. Leave some uncut for spreading on top.

Add eggs, sugar, and chopped dates to the container.

Beat quickly until doubled in size, about 20 minutes. After beating, beat slowly for another minute to remove any big bubbles.

Add sifted flour and milk and mix irregularly.

Pour the batter into a bowl and add oil and mix well.

Then add more batter and mix well.

Place tin foil in the baking pan and pour the batter.

Shake the large bubbles vigorously and sprinkle with uncut dates.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and put the batter at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out to cool and cut into pieces.
