Fried fish with dried bamboo shoots

Wash and cut the fish into pieces, mix with salt, oil, cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for 5 minutes.

Peel the bamboo shoots, wash and shred them, remove the seeds, stems and cut the green peppers, prepare the ginger, chives and scallions for later use;
