Mix egg yolks, coconut milk, and sugar until evenly mixed.

I won’t go into details on how to make the dough here, it’s all included in the recipe I posted earlier. Divide the dough into five equal portions and let rest for 5 minutes.

Roll up the dough piece from top to bottom, then twist it a few times like a twist, and knead the two joints to form.

Make the remaining dough in sequence and ferment until 1.5 times in size. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and 160 degrees Celsius. Brush the bread dough with the remaining protein liquid and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes. Take it out when it is mature.
