Wash the raw materials, change the knife and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the peppers and onions for a minute. Serve out.

Slightly stir-fry the cooked sausage and serve it out,

Stir-fry the potatoes in an oil pan until they are browned and the flesh is pink and glutinous. Then add the above stir-fried ingredients, add seasonings and stir-fry to reduce the juice. (For health reasons, I chose the less-oil version, which tastes just as good!)

Finally, sprinkle in chopped peanuts and scallions and serve. (It’s just as delicious without the crushed peanuts.)
