Braised Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce and Bitter Melon
Overview
Summer is easy to get angry, so I made this bitter melon dish at night. Although it was the first time to cook bitter melon with black bean sauce, it was still a success. It tastes great😝😝

Peel the garlic, peel the ginger, and chop into small pieces

Rinse the tempeh with water and chop into pieces

Wash the ribs, chop into small pieces, marinate with a little cornstarch, sugar, and light soy sauce for 20 minutes.

Cut the bitter melon diagonally into 1cm thick pieces.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add minced garlic, minced ginger, and tempeh into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until cooked

Pour in the bitter melon and stir-fry

Sprinkle in salt and a little sugar

Pour in oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly

Finally, pour a bowl of water and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
