Steps
-
Choose peanuts that are relatively even in size
-
Soak in water until the skin is loose and then thin it out
-
Boil the Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers, and salt together to make the water. Add the peeled peanuts and soak them for a day to absorb the flavor. If the room temperature is high, it is best to put it in the refrigerator to marinate

Heat the oil to 50% heat, pour in the frozen peanuts, and fry directly without thawing until the peanuts float.
-
Leave a little base oil in the pot, add shredded dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until the chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns are fragrant
-
Pour in the fried peanuts
-
Stir fry for about a minute.
