Overview

I have always liked eating all kinds of biscuits, especially this Roman shield sold in the cake shop. The store sells it for 12 yuan for 120 grams, which is quite expensive after all. Ever since I learned how to bake, I thought it would be great if I could make a Roman shield. I finally found the recipe in a recipe from Gourmet World, and I thought I should be able to do it, but I never took action. It happened that my son asked me to make cookies during the summer vacation, so I bought the ingredients and started making cookies myself. The first time I made it, it was quite successful. My family finished eating the cookies and asked to make them, which also gave me confidence.
