Tomato Beef Noodle Soup
Overview
When I was in elementary school, I looked forward to the snow the most in winter, so that I didn’t have to go home at noon, but went to my mother’s workplace very close to school to have lunch. My mother always makes noodles with a pot of water and a few green vegetables. After the noodles are cooked, add the green onions soaked in soy sauce and eat them hot. It is warm and comfortable, and it will no longer be cold in winter.
