Grilled Scallops with Garlic Sauce
Overview
In the hot summer, there is an endless supply of various seafood every day. Right now, scallops are in their prime, and I’m tired of cooking them every day. Recently I tried a new method, it is simple and easy and only requires an oven. The grilled scallops retain their original flavor and are not as fishy when eaten cooked. Adding some minced garlic just takes away the fishy smell, it's perfect. I tried grilling scallops in that kind of barbecue restaurant before, but the heat was too low and it was not as good as baking them in the oven. This time I will share with you the detailed method.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Clean the scallops and rinse them several times.
-
Grind the garlic into minced garlic.
-
Prepare chopped green onions
-
Chop the ginger into pieces. The amount of minced garlic is more than that of chopped green onion and minced ginger.
-
Add salt
-
Add vinegar and pepper
-
Add oil
-
Mix well.
-
Stuff an appropriate amount of minced garlic through the open slit. Don’t add too much minced garlic, just add an amount about the size of your pinky nail to one scallop.
-
Stuff the scallops waiting to go into the oven. Does it look like rows of scallop soldiers?
-
Preheat the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (This temperature and time should be adjusted according to the temperature of your respective oven. The actual temperature of my oven is about 200. The finished product should be slightly dry scallops, charred on the outside and tender on the inside. The skin should be slightly yellow.)
