How to cook Homemade ice cream at home

Mix egg yolks and sugar evenly
Just beat the egg liquid until it is milky white...as shown in the picture

Mix milk and egg mixture evenly
Pour the prepared ice cream liquid into the pot again and cook until slightly boiled. After that, pour the ice cream liquid into the container and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator after it cools down
When I ate it, I added Oreo pieces, and you can also buy jam and pour it on top. It’s delicious
