Fried noodle fish
Overview
Noodle fish is also called silver needle fish, and its scientific name is jade fish. Class Ichthyosaurus, family Ichthyidae. The body is slender and slightly flat. The adult fish is about 10 cm long, blue-gray or milky white, translucent, with a large mouth and canine teeth; the dorsal fin is long and there is no pelvic fin. It inhabits the sandy bottom near the sea and often lurks in the sand. Distributed along the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea. It is one of the important economic fish in the north.
