Cut taro, ham, and smoked duck into thick shreds, and dice green onions

Heat a pan, add a little salad oil, sauté shredded ham and smoked duck until fragrant

Fry shredded taro thoroughly

Put the shredded taro and other ingredients in a bowl and let cool, add seasonings and chopped green onion, add appropriate amount of water to the rice flour and a little salt and pepper to make a paste

Mix the rice flour paste into the shredded taro ingredients

Take a steaming plate, apply some salad oil, pour all the mixed ingredients

Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for 20 minutes
