Almonds mixed with radish moss
Overview
The radishes grown in the ground will bolt and bloom if they are not sold out for a while. The bolted radishes have aged and become hollow and can no longer be eaten. At this time, you can pick the radish moss and eat it. We here like to mix the radish moss with peanuts. Unfortunately, after buying the radish moss in the morning, I realized that the peanuts at home had been eaten. I looked through the cabinet and found some almonds, so I roasted the almonds instead of the peanuts.
