Overflowing with coconut fragrance---Dragon fruit, coconut milk and sago dew
Overview
My family has already bought coconut milk and sago, but I never had time to make a bowl. I just happened to buy some fruits yesterday, so let’s try this Dragon Fruit Coconut Milk Sago Dew today. The coconut milk is rich and fruity, and there is also QQ’s little sago, which is sweet and refreshing.

Steps
-
Preparation materials: sago, coconut milk, dragon fruit.
-
Prepare a soup pot, add enough water to boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and pour the sago into the water. Cook, stirring, for about 15 to 20 minutes, until there are still small white cores in the middle, then turn off the heat.
-
Strain the sago through a strainer and wash it with clean water to remove the sticky matter from the sago.
-
Bring another pot of boiling water and cook until the sago is completely transparent.
-
Filter the sago again and rinse it with water a few more times until the sago becomes soft and slippery.
-
Pour coconut milk and water into a pot and heat until boiling.
-
Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and dissolve.
-
Wash the dragon fruit, cut it at 1/4, and divide it into two halves.
-
Use a spoon to gently scoop out the pulp, leaving the shell intact and set aside.
-
Cut the dragon fruit flesh into small dices.
-
After the coconut milk has cooled, put the sago, coconut milk and dragon fruit pulp into the shell.
