Prepare all the ingredients (I forgot to take a photo of the red dates).

Soak the dried cabbage one hour in advance.

Catch the pig lungs with salt several times, then put them together with the tube bones in a pot and blanch them in water.

Then rinse the blanched pig lungs and bones.

Put the cleaned pig lungs and bones into a soup pot, add ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water and start simmering (a small amount of peanut oil needs to be put under the bottom of the soup pot first).

Wash the soaked cabbage and cut into sections for later use.

After the soup has been simmering for about an hour, add the dried cabbage, continue to simmer for about an hour, and finally add appropriate salt.
