  1. Prepare materials

  2. Cut gelatine into small strips and soak in cold water until soft

  3. Fresh milk and sugar

  4. Heat a pot over water and melt it, stir and the sugar will completely dissolve

  5. Remove from the pot, then immediately add the soaked gelatine and stir until it is completely melted, then add the coconut milk and stir

  6. Add light cream and mix well

  7. After mixing, pour into the safe box, cover and refrigerate for more than 4 hours, preferably overnight

  8. Take out the overnight custard and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes

  9. Put it upside down in another safe, take it off and cut it into small pieces with a knife, then wrap it in coconut
