Overview

Leicha is our Hakka people's daily food. It is a must-have meal in summer. It is also a delicacy for entertaining guests. When guests or friends come home, the host must prepare it: Leicha. On the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, during the Lantern Festival, we Hakka people have to cook fifteen kinds of tea, that is, there are fifteen kinds of ingredients.
