  4. Mix the well-mixed noodle soup (?? What a weird thing to say). In short, it is the one mixed above. Pour part of it into the pot and spread it evenly along the edge of the pot with a spatula. When it reaches the surface, you can see that the bottom layer of dough has been formed. Flip over
