Egg and leek buns

Egg and leek buns

Overview

The first time I tried to make steamed buns was in 1998. At that time, my family bought an oven and I was very passionate about baking and steamed buns. However, I only made the steamed buns once and the results were not very good. I haven’t tried it since. I bought a lot of leeks on Sunday and couldn’t finish them all, so I used them to make this leek steamed buns. Unexpectedly, the effect and taste were quite good.
