Coffee Pound Cake
Overview
This flavor of pound cake has a strong aroma because of the addition of coffee, and the brown sugar is used in it, so the color is also great. Let the aroma of coffee fill the air during tea time!

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, weigh them separately, and soften the butter in advance
-
Beat the softened butter until it becomes feathery
-
Add brown sugar, white sugar and salt and mix well
-
Beat until the butter swells
-
Beat the eggs well in advance and add them into the butter paste in batches. Beat each time you add them until they are completely mixed with the butter. There should be no separation of water and oil!
-
Add coffee powder and mix well
-
Sift in the flour and baking powder
-
Use a spatula to mix evenly
-
Line the mold with baking paper, pour the batter, and heat it at 175 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (coat a sharp knife with butter and make a cut in the middle of the batter to make the surface appear bulging and cracked)
-
When the toothpick insert is taken out and there is no obvious cake sticking to it, it is considered baked. Take it out and let it cool.
-
You can enjoy it after it cools down. You can slice it or not and eat it directly.
