Sweet and sour fish fillet
Overview
Sweet and sour dishes are most people’s favorite! I bought the fish fillets ready-made! If you don’t like it, you can buy fish and fillet it yourself! Deep fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! Plus sweet and sour sauce! Wow! Delicious!

For the fish fillets, carefully mix the minced ginger, cooking wine, egg white, salt water, starch in one direction and mix well (I buy marinated ones and skip this step)
-
Three tablespoons of starch and one tablespoon of flour mix well
-
Coat each piece of fish evenly with starch. Shake off excess powder
-
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets piece by piece
-
Fry until slightly brown and serve
-
Heat the oil in the pan again until it smokes slightly. Add the fish fillets and fry until golden brown
-
Put appropriate amount of remaining oil in the pot and sauté onions, ginger and garlic
-
Pour in two spoons of vinegar, three spoons of sugar, a little cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and water and bring to a boil
-
After boiling, add water starch
-
Adjust the thickness of the juice. Just make small bubbles and it will be fine
-
Pour in the fish fillets and sauce, mix well and sprinkle with coriander and serve
