Air Fryer Roasted Pumpkin
Overview
I have always heard people say that chestnut pumpkin is delicious. I happened to see it when I went to the supermarket during the National Day holiday and bought one. I saw a friend roasting pumpkin before and said it was delicious, so I cut it in half and roasted it in an air fryer. It tasted okay, but it didn't taste like chestnuts as others said, and it didn't feel much different from ordinary pumpkins. Did I buy it wrong?
