Fried Pork with Salted Pot Beans
Overview
Every summer when long beans are on the market, my mother always makes a lot of salted beans and puts them in a bucket of salad oil, which can be eaten until the Spring Festival! Nowadays, it is advocated to use less oil and less salt, so the beans will not be put in too much salt, and they will taste delicious!
