Earl Gray Tea Cookies
Overview
I’ve been making cake rolls every day lately, so I have some leftover egg whites that I can’t waste, so use them instead.

Beat the butter.

Add salt icing sugar and continue to beat.

Crush the Earl Gray tea with your hands (don't crush it too finely, otherwise the batter will look like black pepper has been added and it will look ugly), add butter and beat well.

Add the egg whites and continue beating until the egg whites are completely combined with butter.

Sift in the flour and mix well.

Place in a piping bag and decorate on baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
