Nowadays, people are becoming more and more sophisticated in their diet, and they can’t help but miss the old days of simple meals. One day I accidentally passed by a shop called Tianxia Granary. Although the shop was not big, it had a full range of rice noodles. What surprised me even more was that I found that this shop actually had a small machine for processing rice noodles. Isn’t this exactly what I was looking for? I felt so happy as if I had discovered a new world. Thinking of the many kinds of pasta made by rice friends using whole grains, I immediately bought black beans and asked the store to process them into flour to make this black bean flour steamed bun. It's a bit incredible to say that the noodles made from black beans are obviously green, and the steamed buns seem to be gray in color. The steamed buns are hot right out of the pan, and when you take a bite, you will smell a faint bean aroma.
