Colorful Dragon Fruit Sandwich
Overview
The matcha toast I made this time looked very bad. There was a big bulge on the surface. It was so ugly that I was too embarrassed to post the recipe. However, the toast still tastes pretty good, with a relatively large amount of butter and is very soft. Actually, in order to make this matcha toast sandwich, I made toast twice. I don’t know why, but the toast I made both times had big buns on the surface. This one was baked last night, and the one baked the night before was even worse. It was bubbling on the outside and in the shape of a basin on the inside. Driven by curiosity, I broke the ugly toast in half! I’m very confused. The bread machine toast I made earlier didn’t have this problem. Could it be that matcha tends to make the dough bulge?
