Green pepper meat slices
Overview
Green pepper flesh is thick, crisp and tender, and rich in vitamin C. It can enhance people's physical strength and relieve fatigue caused by work and life pressure. When selecting, look for the ones with bright green tips at the top to be mature. Mature green bell peppers have a fresh, thick, bright appearance and thick flesh; immature green bell peppers are softer, have thin flesh, and have light green handles.
