Huaha spits out all the sand and cleanses the surface.

Slice green onion, shred ginger, wash dry chili

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and green onion and stir-fry for a while.

Add dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add huaha and soy sauce and stir-fry.

Fry until the shells open and simmer for a while.

When stewing, mince appropriate amount of ginger, pour cold vinegar and a little fresh soy sauce as dipping sauce.
