Fragrant chili oil
Overview
I have made this countless times, but I feel that each time I make it, it has its own merits. Every time I make it, there are a few small changes. The last time I made it, I made it with purchased chili. Since it was not very delicious, I still have a big bottle left. When I made it today, I threw away the previous one. My younger brother came home during the Chinese New Year and brought me a lot of chili peppers and rapeseed oil from home. Brought many artifacts. Make yourself comfortable cooking now.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chili powder is ready.
-
Put the peanuts in the pot and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
-
Mince ginger and garlic.
-
Place chili powder in a clean bowl without water.
-
After the fried peanuts have cooled, remove the outer layer, wrap them in plastic wrap, and crush them with a rolling pin.
-
Add minced ginger and garlic on top of the chili powder. Crushed peanuts. A small amount of refined salt and pepper powder.
-
After the pot is heated, add rapeseed oil (it must be rapeseed oil, ordinary oil will never be fragrant). Turn the heat off when the oil starts to smoke.
-
Pour directly into the bowl, sizzle, and stir slightly with a clean spoon.
-
After cooling slightly, seal it in a clean glass bottle and eat as you go.
