Put all the liquid except butter into the bread machine, add flour, and finally add yeast powder.

After kneading into a ball, add butter, knead out a thin glove film, and ferment for about 2 hours.

Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 8-10 hours.

Take out and divide into small doses.

Roll into an oval.

Roll up and repeat 3 times, then cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes.

Press it into a round shape with your hands and wrap it in the prepared honey red beans.

Shut up.

Place in an 8-inch cake mold for secondary fermentation.

When it has doubled in size, brush with egg wash.

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
