Honey BBQ Pork Burger
Overview
The Honey Sauce Barbecued Pork Burger is so simple. It’s just that other burgers are stuffed with pork chops, steaks, etc., but the Hanpot I made is stuffed with Honey Sauce BBQ Pork. It’s just a slight change in the meat processing method.

Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine

When the dough is smooth, add butter

Continue to mix the dough until it reaches the expansion stage

Let the dough rise in the bread machine until it doubles in size

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and let rest for 20 minutes

Press each piece of dough into pieces again

Roll up the dough

Place the dough in the oval mold

Ferment in a warm and humid place

Ferment until 1.5 times in size, slightly taller than the mold

When making the dough, lightly brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with bread crumbs

Place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes

Let cool after taking it out of the oven, then make a cut in the middle of the bread, just deep enough to fit the barbecued pork cubes

Put a piece of barbecued pork about the same length as the bread into the slit of the bread

Put cucumber slices next to the barbecued pork, squeeze some honey barbecued pork sauce at the end, and you're done
