Overview

I first learned about spinach when I was a child watching Popeye. I thought spinach was so powerful. I didn’t like eating vegetables when I was a child, so I was coaxed by my mother in various ways. No need for mom to tell me now. I always have to buy some vegetables when I go to the supermarket. Spinach is rich in vitamin C, carotene, protein, and minerals such as iron, calcium, and phosphorus. It can supplement various needs of the human body. In spring, a plate of garlic spinach will relieve fatigue and be healthy

  1. Peel and wash garlic
