Prepare the raw materials, a white radish, a pear, a glass jar, and two boxes of apples.

To cut radish into long strips, it needs to be of a certain thickness. Crystal pear can be cut into strips or slices.

Cut the white radish into strips and marinate with salt for two hours. Try to coat each radish with salt. The radish will produce a lot of water after two hours. Pour off the water and rinse with cold boiled water.

Put the washed radish and pear strips/slices into a glass jar and pour in apple cider vinegar. Friends who like a stronger taste can add some white vinegar and sugar. If you like it spicy, you can add some fresh red pepper rings. Then put it in the refrigerator overnight and eat it the next day.
