Rinse the dried shrimps and use kitchen towels to absorb the water. Do not put any oil in the pot. Pour in the dried shrimps and sesame seeds and stir-fry over low heat until the dried shrimps are dry and the sesame seeds are fragrant. Let cool and set aside.
