Grilled fermented bean curd and leeks
Overview
Grilled leeks is my son's favorite dish. I don't know whether it is a dish or a snack, because as long as there is a barbecue shop on the street, there must be such a grilled leek. Of course, the seasonings of grilled leeks vary according to the tastes of each store. There are salt and pepper, cumin, hot sauce, spicy, and fermented bean curd. I like the bean curd flavor best. The fresh leeks are paired with the aroma of bean curd. It is really delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the yellow leaves from the leeks, wash them in water and drain them.
-
String the washed leeks on bamboo skewers (for the convenience of oven roasting, I only used the upper part of the root.)
-
Prepare a piece of fermented bean curd.
-
Crush the fermented bean curd into a puree with a spoon, add two spoons of boiled fermented bean curd to the bowl, and mix an appropriate amount of soy sauce and MSG into a sauce bowl.
-
Put the skewered leeks into the oven and bake for two minutes (the temperature I used is 170 degrees)
-
After two minutes, take out the leeks, brush them with a layer of oil on both sides, and then put them in the oven for another two minutes.
-
After the leeks are cooked, take them out of the oven, pour in the fermented bean curd juice and serve.
