Ingredients
Steps
-
Find a clean pot, boil away the water, pour in the sugar, and simmer over low heat until the sugar melts.
-
Boil the sugar until it becomes golden brown, and then add 1 bowl of cold water, being careful not to splash it on your body.
-
Pour the cooked caramel juice into pudding bottles.
-
Prepare the eggs and milk, put the eggs into an empty bowl, and beat the eggs.
-
Take out the milk pot, pour the milk into the milk pot, and heat it on the fire. As long as the milk is warm, it cannot be boiled, otherwise the egg liquid will be cooked and it will be bad.
-
Use a spoon to add the warm milk to the egg liquid little by little. Use a stir stick to stir while adding the milk to prevent the egg liquid from being cooked.
-
Slowly pour the mixed egg liquid into the pudding bottle, and shake the pudding bottle filled with egg liquid to avoid air bubbles inside.
-
Cover the pudding bottle with several layers of plastic wrap, put it in a steamer and steam it over water for 20 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. I forgot to take a photo when steaming it over water.
-
In the picture of the finished product, I did not oscillate the bubbles before steaming, so there are bubbles inside after steaming.
