Shred the baby cabbage, cut the onions into sections, soak the yuba and shiitake mushrooms into sections, smash the garlic, cut the pork into shreds and then soak in starch for a few minutes

Add oil to the wok, when the oil is hot add onions, garlic and mushrooms and stir-fry for 30 seconds

Add shredded baby cabbage and stir-fry for a few times, add salt to taste

Add shredded pork and baby cabbage and stir-fry until cooked

Add some scallions and stir-fry for a few times before serving
