Peel and cut the taro into cubes, steam and mash into pieces, then add sugar and milk and mix well, then add glutinous rice flour and mix well.

Wipe the pan dry, heat it and add vegetable oil. Spoon the taro paste into the pan.

Flip the taro paste over and flatten.

Brown both sides.

Remove from the pan. Sweet and soft.
