Ingredients: oyster mushrooms, fried tofu, leeks (washed and cut into sections)

Tear open the oyster mushrooms, clean them, take them out and set aside.

Place the fried tofu on the cutting board and cut it.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped leeks and fried tofu and stir-fry.

Then, add the washed oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
