Pan-fried baby potatoes
Overview
The taste of small unopened potatoes is much worse than that of large potatoes when fried. They are very suitable for frying like this. In our Northeast, most of these small potatoes are used to make potatoes, sweet potato stalks and pickles.

Wash the small potatoes and steam them in a steamer

Peel the steamed potatoes

Heat a pan, apply a layer of oil, and add steamed and peeled potatoes

Flatten with a spatula and fry until golden brown

Once one side is cooked, turn it over

Sprinkle appropriate amount of barbecue ingredients, fry again, and remove from the pan

The fried potatoes can be eaten directly or with tomato sauce
