【Strawberry Mousse】
Overview
The long-awaited strawberry season is here! The sweet and sour strawberries look great whether used to make cream cakes or mousse cakes. This year I bought strawberries that I was satisfied with for the first time, so I made a beautiful strawberry mousse. The surface is decorated with chocolate sauce and small sugar beads. Pull and sprinkle it randomly to make it look much taller.

Prepare 400 grams of strawberries.

After cleaning, take 250 grams of strawberry pulp and use a food processor to make strawberry puree.

Take a piece of cake slightly smaller than the mousse ring and put it into the mousse ring.

Spread strawberry slices evenly on the four walls of the mousse ring, then mix gelatine powder with ice water and melt evenly, set aside. .

Beat the light cream with caster sugar until texture appears.

Pour the strawberry puree into the whipped cream and mix evenly.

Add gelatin liquid and mix evenly to form a mousse paste, then pour into the mold and refrigerate for about three hours.

After unmoulding, randomly squeeze some chocolate sauce on the surface, sprinkle with a few silver beads, and garnish with strawberries.
