Overview

The long-awaited strawberry season is here! The sweet and sour strawberries look great whether used to make cream cakes or mousse cakes. This year I bought strawberries that I was satisfied with for the first time, so I made a beautiful strawberry mousse. The surface is decorated with chocolate sauce and small sugar beads.   7. Add gelatin liquid and mix evenly to form a mousse paste, then pour into the mold and refrigerate for about three hours.

  8. After unmoulding, randomly squeeze some chocolate sauce on the surface, sprinkle with a few silver beads, and garnish with strawberries.
